Poor design ™€“ lid gets stuck when hot

bitaaa 10/19/2025

I purchased this KitchenAid electric kettle in April 2025. Every time it heats up, the lid gets stuck and won™€™t open properly, which makes it frustrating and unsafe to use. I tried to register the product on the KitchenAid website several times but never received any confirmation email. Also, nobody answer when call them during weakdays.Overall, I™€™m disappointed and would not recommend this kettle.

Looks good. Lid finicky

Angie2015 9/7/2025

I bought it a month ago. Great aesthetics. But the lid opening is no longer working properly and very finicky.

Does it all and does it well.

Have had it for a few weeks. It™€™s fast, simple to use and I love the illuminated temperature setting control.
